At One-Piece Toilets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure your item is inspected upon arrival to qualify for a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the toilet in its original crate or box with all internal protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for resale condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
